There is no time limit for your visit. The duration of visit varies, although the typical visit lasts between 120 - 180 minutes.

What if I’m late to my time slot?

The timed entry allows for a manageable crowd size and alleviates wait times for all.

If your are running late, you can still enter the festival whenever during your date on your ticket and stay as long as you want until closing time.

Is there an age limit?

Anyone is welcome! But for safety we’ve split our inflatable bounce into THREE different recommended age groups, they are:

- Age 3 and younger
- Ages 4 - 12
- Ages 13 - 61

Children age 8 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian/carer.

We do require that any kids 8 & under are accompanied into the inflatables by a parent/carer.

We run a safe event and we have multiple staff working throughout our event to ensure safety and good behavior. However, for our inflatable bounce, we do ask parents/carers to be mindful of the potential hazards associated with allowing their smaller children into the same area with older children.

What do I need to wear to take part?

Anti-skid Socks must be worn at all times on the inflatables.

If you forgotten to bring socks of your own, we have anti-skid socks available for purchase at $1.99 each. There will be a shoe zone to leave shoes before you enter the inflatables.

Please keep an eye on the weather and dress appropriately.

Sun protections are also recommended.

The inflatables might be a little wet if there has been rain, or from morning dew so we recommend bringing a change of clothes, especially socks.

Are there any weight/height restrictions?

Our inflatable bounce is not suitable for people weighing more than 220lb.

What happens if it’s raining? Will the event still go ahead?

DOCA Festival is a rain or shine event. We recommend checking the local weather report in advance of your visit time slot and dressing appropriately.

The inflatables might be a little wet if there has been rain, or from morning dew so we recommend bringing a change of clothes, especially socks.

In the case of thunderstorms, heavy rain, strong winds or other adverse weather conditions that would pose a risk, we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel or alter elements of the event or individual sessions.

We keep a close eye on the weather ahead of our events and will communicate any changes as soon as we can to ticket holders via email, sms, and on our social platforms.

Is there parking available?

Can I bring my pets with me?

No pets are allowed inside the inflatables.

Unfortunately, only registered service animals serving those with physical disabilities are allowed entrance into the Festival.

Can I bring my own food/drinks?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the Festival.

We have our food trucks and vendors onsite. You can find a range of food and beverage options at our Festival.

No food & drinks are allowed inside the inflatables and the amusement activities.

Can I take my camera inside the inflatables?

We have no problem with you taking your own camera phone in with you. Just keep it safe and secure though as these have been known to fly out the pockets of over enthusiastic bouncers!

How often are the inflatables cleaned?

We care a lot about cleanliness and have a strict cleaning protocols in place. Attractions are cleaned on a daily basis with special attention paid to high touch points.

Is this a kid-friendly environment?

Yes, DOCA is designed to be a family-friendly festival. Anyone is welcome! Our Festival is suitable for visitors of all ages.

We highly recommend purchase your tickets online in advance to save on admission.
Also, onsite availability is not guaranteed.

Please note that we do not accept cash for admission tickets purchased onsite. However, we do accept most major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

What does a VIP Fast Pass include?

In addition to general admission into the Festival, our VIP Pass holders are granted:
A FAST PASS line at the entrance;
Exclusive access to our on-site VIP rest tent;
A festival goodie bag;
Free ride on adds-on activities (unicorn & dino rides / caterpillar train);
A same-day 20% discount at the DOCA's gift shop.

Can I get a refund on ticket?

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Refunds for canceled event tickets are only granted under Force Majeure circumstances.

A Force Majeure Event refers to unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or natural disasters, which prevent the festival from taking place as scheduled. In such cases, tickets for the affected day/time slot(s) will be refunded.

Can I re-enter with my used tickets?

Once you enter, you are welcome to stay as long as you wish; However, we are a single- entry event, re-entry is not permitted.

It's not necessary to print your ticket; electronic tickets displayed on your smartphone or mobile device are usually accepted for entry.
